Meet Dr. K
Helping families raise healthy, resilient children through clear, trusted pediatric guidance.
Keili Mistovich, MD, MPH, FAAP is a board-certified pediatrician, mom, and cancer survivor who has dedicated her career to helping families navigate childhood with clarity, confidence, and purpose. She is a practicing pediatrician at Zest Pediatrics of Beachwood, Chief Medical Officer and Co-Founder of Zest Pediatric Network, and an attending pediatrician at The Cleveland Clinic and Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital.

Education & Medical Training
Dr. Mistovich earned her medical degree and Master of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh, followed by pediatric residency training at the internationally recognized Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
She later completed fellowship training in pediatric integrative medicine, becoming one of the first physicians in Northeast Ohio formally trained to combine traditional medical science with nutrition, behavior, lifestyle medicine, and whole-child systems thinking.
A Perspective Shaped by Personal Experience
Her approach to medicine is shaped not only by training at some of the nation’s leading institutions, but also by her personal experiences as a patient facing serious illness and a parent.
She knows how it feels to sit on the exam table facing the uncertainty of a cancer diagnosis. She knows the real challenge of balancing professional responsibilities with the full-time job of being a parent. She knows how hard it can be to navigate traditional healthcare systems to build a team you can trust.
What does it all mean?
She knows families truly need dependable guidance during the most important moments of life.
Building a New Model of Pediatric Care
Dr. K co-founded Northeast Ohio’s first direct pediatric care practice, and then Zest Pediatric Network, the nation’s first direct pediatric care network.
As the Chief Medical Officer of Zest, Dr. K leads a multi-state team of over a dozen pediatricians and innovative multidisciplinary clinical professionals, including lactation consultants, parent coaches, sleep training experts, pediatric psychologists, and nutrition experts.
This model focuses on caring for the whole child, integrating medical evidence, development, behavior, nutrition, and family dynamics into a coherent long-term plan to help parents raise and launch great kids.

Why Hey, Dr. K! Exists
While many parents do not have access to this kind of relationship-based care, every parent faces the same questions and anxieties.
Modern parenting often means navigating thousands of conflicting opinions online and trying to separate evidence from noise while making decisions that feel enormously important.
Dr. Mistovich founded Hey, Dr. K! to extend trusted pediatric guidance beyond the walls of her office.
Through Hey, Dr. K! courses and educational resources, she helps families expand their parenting knowledge, trust their instincts, reduce anxiety, and raise resilient, healthy children.
You don’t have to figure this out alone
If you’re preparing for your baby or navigating those first weeks, I’m here to help.
